As an Sales Manager for our adnetwork, you’ll be responsible for managing relationships with Advertisers/Mediabuyers who buy traffic from us on CPC/CPM basis.

You are detail-oriented, energetic, communicative and commercially driven all wrapped in a smart, analytical, performance-oriented package. A strong negotiator, you know how to get the best value from your conversations while ensuring everyone leaves the table smiling. This is an exciting time to join us. Responsibilities

  • Developing, maintaining and growing business with new advertisers
  • Negotiating rates and budgets with advertisers
  • Provide advertisers with new traffic opportunities
  • Assure quality for our advertising partners by growing long term relationships that deliver top notch quality traffic.
  • Communicating with clients via email, chat and other means available.
  • Traveling to international trade shows for networking and prospecting.
  • Actively contact new advertisers
  • Reporting to management about performance
  • Optimize advertisers campaigns
  • Set up and monitor campaigns in our tracking platform

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Fluent communication in written and spoken English is a must, any other language is a plus
  • 1-2+ years experience from an ad- or affiliate network
  • Professional communication skills that allow you to build long term relationships with Advertisers
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Understanding of the different media buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS)
  • Capability of working independently and within a team
  • Critical thinking and mathematical skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • A commercial drive and motivation to exceed the company’s set objectives.
  • No 9 till 5 mentality
  • Prioritization and time management skills
  • Proactivity – anticipate needs and provide solutions, take initiative
  • Location: Europe
